About me...

My name is Joanna, and I am a certified accountant with several years of experience working with the clients in the UK.
I specialise in supporting small businesses, self-employed individuals and Ltd companies. I also assist with setting up businesses, registering with the relevant authorities, submitting corrections, and explaining letters from HMRC.

I understand that running your own business comes with a lot of responsibilities. That’s why I take care of all the paperwork and keep track of deadlines, so you can focus on your work and growing your business.

With me, there’s no unnecessary jargon — just clear communication, transparent pricing and real support.
I work remotely, but with full commitment — everything can be handled easily over the phone or from your laptop.
If needed, we can also arrange a face-to-face meeting. My office is located in Romford, Essex.

Payroll & PAYE

Payroll means complete management of employee salaries within your company — from calculating wages, tax and National Insurance contributions, to generating payslips and submitting payroll reports to HMRC.

PAYE (Pay As You Earn) is the system where the employer deducts Income Tax and National Insurance directly from employees' salaries and pays it to HMRC.

If you employ staff — or even just yourself as a director of an LTD company — you must be registered for payroll and submit regular reports to HMRC.

I help with:

– Registering your business as an employer under the PAYE system
– Calculating salaries, taxes and National Insurance contributions
– Preparing and submitting EPS (Employer Payment Summary) — an additional report sent to HMRC to summarise employer payments
– Generating and submitting P60s, payslips and P45s

Bookkeeping

 This means regular and systematic recording of the company’s financial transactions. 

VAT

  • VAT registration
  • Preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns to HMR 
  • Organising documents in case of a tax inspection or audit
